What should I do if the Product I ordered has reached me in a damaged/defective condition? |

We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item to you at No Extra Cost provided the request for replacement/return of item is made within 7 days of receiving the same.Macotto Team will arrange the replacement / return of the item through our enabling partners. Kindly Contact Customer Support to intimate that the Product has reached you in a damaged/defective condition |

I have placed an order? When will the items be delivered? |

All Orders from Macotto are delivered within 7 working days of placing the order. However delivery is not attempted on Sundays and Public Holidays since there are no courier services available on these days. |

Can I Change the details of my Order? |

How can I cancel my Order? |

Macotto.com reserves all rights for Order Cancellation. In case you want to Cancel the Order you need to give the reference of your Order Number to customer support. However, if you have requested for Order Cancellation, charges applicable will be:flat 5% of the Product Price. |

What should I do if my Order has been delivered early or late? |

We make best possible effort to ensure that the Products are delivered in time. However, there can be instances of delay due to unavoidable circumstances. We regret the inconvenience caused due to to them. |

What should I do if I get something else instead of my Order? |

We will make best possible effort to ensure that the Correct Order is sent to your Shipping Address. However if there is a mismatch in the Order received at your end, we will arrange
for the incorrect item to be picked up from your end and redispatch the same without any additional cost. Please Contact Customer Support incase of wrong Order received. |

Once we receive the Cheque / DD, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Incase you have not received the email, kindly let us know the courier and proof of delivery of the Cheque/ DD and our Customer Support Team will get back to you on the same. |
